Naira Rain And Gifts For Nigerian Lady Who Posted She Wakes Up at 5am to Prepare Food For Husband to Take to Work

A mother, Mrs Deborah Olaki (known also as Mummy Zee on X former Twitter), after a post on X stating how she wakes up as early as 4.30am to prepare her husband’s lunch, has gone viral überall the social media, with gifts of all kinds coming in for her from benevolent Nigerians.

Before her eyes right now, her life is changing since she has become a millionaire in less than 48 hours. Days after a woman made that post, Nigerians have practically donated over N5 million to her while others criticized for revealing that she wakes up at 4.50am daily to prepare food for her husband.


Infobytes reported that the Nigerian lady started trending on social media after she shared on X how she started waking up at 4:50 am to cook for her husband after he disclosed to her that his colleague brought two spoons with her food so that they could eat together.


However, in a dramatic turn of events, some X users, mostly men, rallied around her, requesting a contribution from like minds to encourage the wife. Olaki, who posted her account number at 1.39pm on Friday, then shared that she had received over N2m from Nigerians by Saturday afternoon and more were still coming as she posted.


Infinix Nigeria contributed its latest device, Infinix Hot 40, while the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited provided a free N200,000 PMS voucher. She also got recommended to work remotely for a virtual assistant job for 50k monthly. Fintech company Kuda Bank pledged a gift of N2 million. The National Information Development Agency stepped in, promising two laptops and a one-year internet subscription. Kemsan Acres, a real estate company, gifted the couple land in one of their estates in Ibadan. Oyo health insurance offered Debbie a Family Plan package under the Oyo State Health Insurance Scheme. Dr. Olufumilayo offered free antenatal care, free monitoring of her pregnancy and free delivery of the baby to Mrs Olaki.


Several other individuals have also offered unique contributions. An X user, Tundekash, offered  assistance for free admission abroad, health insurance for a year from Aproko Doctor, diapers from First Doctor until the child turns one, a generator set from Incredible Loner, and N200,000 worth of deliveries within Lagos from Kaikai Deliveries. Tunde gifted Debbie a bed frame, and another user, Tobi, added a wardrobe.

 

Additionally, she was also offered 1,000 units of electricity, N50,000  worth of airtime, a TV and GoTV, free legal representation or services, a bottle of groundnut oil, 25 kg of rice, perfume, a home diffuser, room spray,  matching Hoodie outfits, washing machine, brand new set of non-stick pots and two stove gas, 18 karats three tone gold studs, cooker among other things.


Sharing screenshots of her account balance Olaki wrote, “she’fe pami ni 😭😭🤲🏽🙏🏽 I’ve never seen this amount before. I’ve been busy at the hospital, turned off DND to see this, ahhh Jesus. Thank you all so much 🙏🏽🤲🏽😭
